Ok, two more transactions today!

Transaction #1

I went to the Elgin store to see if they had any paper towels but no such luck! I ended up with
10 bags of Chex Mix - used 5 - $.50/2 coupons
1 Pillsbury Savorings - used 1 - $.55 coupon
1 BC cake mix - no coupon
3 half gallons of Dean's Over the Moon milk - used 3- $1 coupons
3 Strawberry Mini Wheats - used $1/3 coupon (11/15RP) - these were $2.50 a box which is WAY more than I ever pay for cereal! The most I will usually pay is $.50 a box. The only reason I did is because my daughter has been asking for them and I had the $1 coupon which brings it to about $2.17 per box - still way more than I pay but when you buy 3, you get a cat for a free gallon of milk. I have a coupon for a free Swiss Tea when you buy a gallon of Dean's milk so guess which milk I am going to "buy" with my cat? This way, for $6.50 I have 3 boxes of Amanda's favorite cereal, 1 gallon of milk and an iced tea. :-)

I used $25 in cats and paid $3.31 oop. I received $15 back in cats.

Transaction #2 - this was at my South Elgin Jewel

4 Chex Mix - used 2-$.50/2 coupons
4 BC cookie mixes - used 4-$.40 coupons
10 Progresso soups - used 5-$.50/2 coupons
1 Fiber One bars - used 1-$.40 coupon
4 BC potatoes - used 4-$.25 coupons
1 Kleenex - no coupon
1 Pillsbury Savorings - used 1-$.55 coupon

I used $30 in cats and paid $7.70 oop. I received $30 in cats. The soup, cookie mix and potatoes are going to the food pantry. All in all, it's been a great shopping day!
