I saw a post about this deal on Hip2Save. I tried it and it worked!

Buy 2 boxes of Vicks cough drops (these are by the register not by the cough drops) and 1 box of Puffs. The cough drops are .99 or 2/$1.79. Use the $1.50 coupon and the Buy 2 Vicks products, get 1 Puffs free coupon from 2/21P&G insert and you can get all of them for $.29! I bought 4 boxes of drops and 2 boxes of Puffs - used 4 coupons and paid $1.01 total OOP. The price of the Puffs were $2.49 each! Love when things like this come up! :-)
