I am married to a great guy named Doug and we have 2 teenagers - Amanda & Alex. I have used coupons for many, many years but not this way. I discovered Jill Cataldo in October 2008 (thanks to my hubby) and was hooked! I have always been a stock up kind of shopper but never have I gotten so much for so little money! I am obsessed and think about coupons pretty much 24/7. I love sharing the deals with my family and friends and love hearing about all of the money they are saving!
In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'

Please remember this and share what you get with those who are less fortunate or in need! It is a true blessing to be able to shop the way we do and get so much for so little that I share everytime I can!
Coupon Etiquette
Here are some basic rules:
Do not ever copy or use a copy of an internet coupon.
Use coupons for the product that's the coupon is for, not for something similar. Just because the coupon works, doesn't mean it's not fraud. If you have a coupon that is states it's good on a 10 oz. bottle, it will go through at the register but it's not right to use it on let's say a 8 oz. bottle.
Electronic Discounts
Jewel has Jewel Avenu - you can load electronic coupons onto your preferred card. avenu.jewelosco.com
Dominick's also has electronic coupons.
Shortcuts.com & Cellfire.com & PGesaver.com
Inserts
SS - Smart Source RP - Red Plum PG - Proctor & Gamble UN - Unilever
I have learned an enormous amount from Jill Cataldo and she has taught me to save ALL of my inserts. I put the date on the front and keep them in a file box. This way, you only clip the coupons you need when you are going shopping. Also, if you are a clipper, you may not clip a coupon for let's say Ken's Dressing because it's not one you ever use. Well, if it's FREE, won't you use it or at least try it? If you keep your inserts, then you can go back to that week and get that coupon that you may have otherwise thrown away.
Coupon lingo
BOGO or B1G1 – Buy One Get One Free
Catalina or Cat – coupon from Catalina machine by the register
Ecb – Extra Care Bucks – these are only from CVS – they are used like cash
MM – Money Maker! (one of my favorite words!)
OOP – Out of Pocket
Q – coupon
RR – Register Reward – these are only from Walgreens and are used like cash (you CAN NOT use an RR from an item to buy the same item though. For example, if you buy Crest and get an RR – you cannot buy any product made by Crest and expect another RR – you can use that RR to pay for another RR producing item from let’s say Coke)
Wags – Walgreens
WYB – When You Buy
