Walgreen's/Meijer

Braved the snowy conditions (Doug was driving) to make a couple of stops. Since Doug was with me, we each did a transaction.

Walgreen's - transaction #1

1 Renu saline solution - $9.99
2 Ice Mountain 24 pack water - $11.98
1 Conair hairbrush set - $2.00
1 Stayfree maxi-pads - $1.99
1 Neutrogena men's facewash - $4.99

Used $1/2 Ice Mountain mfg. coupon (All You mag) plus the Wags ad coupon bringing them down to $3.49 each and $2 Renu IP coupon. I received back $10RR for Renu, $2RR Conair, $2RR for Stayfree, $5RR for Neutrogena and a $5RR for spending over $25.00! So, after RR's, this all cost me about $1.00.

1 Conair hairbrush set - $2.00
1 Neutrogena men's scrub - $4.99

Did not use any coupons so my oop was $29.00 after tax. I received back $2RR for Coke, $10RR for Renu, $2RR for Conair, $5RR for Neutrogena and a $5RR for spending over $25.00.
So, after RR's, this cost $5.00. Great deal!

Alex needed a jump drive and for some reason Walgreen's did not have any so we went to Meijer. They have a promotion going on through 12/12/09 for Hanes socks, underwear and bras. When you buy 3, you instantly get $10.00 taken off.

1 girls socks - $6.99
1 men's socks - $5.99
1 men's boxers - $8.79
Total - $11.77 after the $10.00 discount! Great deal. Go grab those practical gifts! :-)

With the other groceries and items we bought, I used almost all my Walgreen's RR's that we just earned on the way there and my oop ended up being $1.44!! Yay - I love that Jewel, Meijer and Dominick's take Wag's RR's! It's a great service.
