-Propel - $.47!! This is a good price. Limit is 12 but that is per transaction. I have read that there are $.55 coupons in the stores but we could not find any in our store.
-Jewel Top Sirlion Roast or steaks – BOGO – the roasts are great to throw in a crockpot with BBQ sauce (which we have a lot of free ones right?) and then shred and make sandwiches – Yummy!!
-Capri Sun - $1.99 – use the mfg. $.55 coupon in ad – not the lowest price but decent if you need it.
-Fresh Express salad – BOGO – $2.99
-Affy Tapple apples – BOGO - $3.49
-Green Peppers - $1 each
-Sweet Potatoes - $.79/lb
-Coffee-mate creamer – 2/$4 – can go to http://www.coffemate.com/ and print $1.50/2 coupon but only if you haven’t printed it yet. There were blinkie coupons out last week too – I think they were $1/2. There is a $1/2 store coupon in the Preferred Card update booklet too so if you have that and another coupon it’s really cheap!
-Dean’s Sour Cream is 2/$4 but when I went to get it, the Breakstone Sour Cream was actually cheaper! It’s $1.69 for the same size!

--Use the BOGO coupon 8/23SS. If you have 2 coupons, Buy 2 Ritz crackers and 2 Ritz Crackerfuls (the Four Cheese are really good!) use 2 BOGO coupons plus a $.75/2 any Nabisco snack coupon from 8/23SS for the 2 Ritz crackers. You will end up paying $1.25 for all 4 boxes!
Now, if you happen to have 4 inserts (this is what I did last time) then do it this way:
4 Ritz crackers – use a $3.00/4 tearpad coupon (right by the crackers)
4 Ritz Crackerfuls – use 4 BOGO coupons
You will get 8 boxes (4 crackers and 4 Crackerfuls) for $1!!!

-Musselman’s apple sauce is $1.79 – go to http://www.musselmans.com/blogs/ and you will get a $1 coupon. You can print 2 by hitting the back button.

I read that there is a cat deal on Old El Paso items (taco shells, refried beans, kits, seasonings) where if you buy 3, get $1 off your next beef or chicken purchase – buy 6 and get a $3 cat. It goes through Sunday, 10/4. Lots of the stuff is on sale in the ad now – beans and seasoning are $1 each so that would be a good deal if it works! **Edit** I did it this morning (10/3) and it worked! I bought 6 cans of refried beans and got a $3 cat off beef or chicken. Ends tomorrow (10/4)!

There are lots of Manufacturer’s coupons in the ad too – you can use these anywhere so clip them. If you don’t use them at Jewel this week, Dominick’s takes expired coupons so save them!

There are some store coupons too but nothing jumps out at me.
